Annual Salary Reviews

The joint MnSCU IFO Salary Review Committee (SRC) conducts Annual Reviews of the salaries of newly-hired faculty and faculty awarded terminal degrees for each academic year.

The IFO recently entered into a Letter of Understanding (LOU) with regard to the salary review process set forth in Article 11, Section I.  Pursuant to this LOU, the SRC will include promoted faculty in the Annual Reviews of salaries, beginning with faculty who apply for promotion in the 2007-2008 academic years and who are promoted effective July 1, 2008.
