Annual Salary Reviews
The joint IFO MnSCU Salary Review Committee (SRC) conducts Annual Reviews of the salaries of newly hired faculty, promoted faculty, and faculty awarded a terminal degree for each academic year, per Article 11 Sec I of our collective bargaining agreement.
FY10 Annual Review of New Hires
The SRC is preparing to conduct a review of the salaries of faculty who were hired in the
2009-2010 academic year, to begin in summer 2012.

FY09 and FY08 Annual Reviews of New Hires
The SRC completed the FY08 and FY09 Annual Reviews of the salaries of faculty who were newly hired in academic years 2007-08 and 2008-09. Faculty who received equity step increases as a result of the FY08 and FY09 reviews were notified of the equity step adjustments in fall 2011.
All faculty who were reviewed will receive a letter from the SRC in May 2012 (mailed to your home address) containing the data used by the SRC in its review of your initial salary placement. The letter also provides instructions on how to correct errors in your data.
