IFO Feminist Issues Committee
Mission Statement
To increase sensitivity to and begin to address the concerns of faculty women.
The Feminist Issues Committee will formulate policies and recommendations about women’s issues as they relate to IFO policies and procedures, the negotiation process, each of the universities, and the state university system. The Committee will emphasize:
1) increasing the participation of women in decision making;
2) insuring that the concerns of women faculty are reflected in all decisions; and
3) fostering leadership abilities and potentials for women.
