IFO Equity and Inclusion Strategic Plan
We strive for equity within our union to ensure solidarity, and that our collective voice is an inclusive voice.
The IFO Equity and Inclusion Strategic Plan forces us to challenge systemic oppression to empower marginalized members through intentional equity and inclusion initiatives. Faculty must be empowered to lead efforts to foster learning communities that respect the inherent worth and dignity of all students, faculty, and staff based on values of justice, inclusion, and equity. Faculty will be the fundamental agents of change at our universities and in our communities. We will drive enrollments and set the cultural and intellectual standards at our institutions.
