The IFO Board of Directors held a special meeting on Friday, January 5 to discuss the tentative settlement of the 2017-2019 IFO/MinnState contract. After a thorough presentation by IFO Lead Negotiator Brent Jeffers, the Board discussed and asked questions about the ramifications of the settlement. In a unanimous decision, the Board voted to recommend approval of the settlement by IFO members.

Later this week, the IFO will announce a timeline for the ratification vote. Check with your local faculty association office for a schedule of informational meetings regarding the contract settlement.
