Voting will open tomorrow morning for ratification of the tentative contract settlement IFO negotiators reached with MinnState in October. The 2019-2021 IFO contract ratification vote is being conducted using a secret online ballot. Members will receive an email from eBallot tomorrow morning with instructions on how to submit their vote. Voting will remain open until 4 p.m. on Monday, November 18.

Voting is a vital part of our work to advocate on behalf of all faculty. The outcome of the contract ratification process sends a clear message to all about the importance of negotiated language improvements and benefits.

The negotiations team worked tirelessly to ensure that all faculty benefit from the settlement, refusing to leave anyone behind. The IFO Board of Directors unanimously endorsed the settlement and has recommended ratification.
