The MinnState Board of Trustees gave final approval of the IFO/MinnState contract settlement. As a reminder, due to a recent change in state law, legislative approval for state employee contract settlements is no longer required.

Pay Increase Implementation Timeline:

1.4% Pay Increase: This increase will be included starting with the December 26 paycheck.
1-Step Increase (2.4%): The 1-step increase bargained for the 2026-2027 academic year will go into effect on July 1, 2026.

We again extend our deepest gratitude to the IFO Negotiations Team and staff for their hard work and dedicated service throughout this process. Their efforts led to a strong settlement, with faculty voting 94% in favor of ratification.
